Almost ... 

The dining room and lounge will open for the 2010 summer season this Thursday, May 27th.  

The kitchen team is preparing for this the real beginning of summer.  Deliveries are continual as the inventory builds with fresh produce, meats and ingredients that will be transformed into delicious meals. The fragrances of simmering stocks and breads fills the air along with the excitement that opening the doors at Burntside brings.

The lounge will open at 5:30 each afternoon with the dining room open for dinner each evening at 6.  Breakfast is served in the dining room on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 10.  Reservations are always appreciated.
